Requirements
  • A Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
  • Independent licensure as an LICSW or LMHC in the state of Massachusetts is required
  • Current Massachusetts Independent Clinical Licensure (LICSW/LMHC) is required
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience providing direct clinical behavioral health services
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems and documentation requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing multiple priorities and patient needs
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or have an exemption by signing a statement
Responsibilities
  • Provides direct clinical service for an array of general behavioral health conditions in an integrated team-based model of care
  • Clinical service may be pre-scheduled and/or urgent basis and include consultation/assessment, support and linkage to services, psychoeducation, brief interventions, and counseling to promote positive health outcomes
  • Participates in quality improvement initiatives and assists in developing behavioral health programming as requested
