Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of paid social media planning, strategy and activation is required
  • Hands-on-keyboard paid social experience in all major social platforms (specifically Meta, Tiktok and Reddit) including: campaign creation, audience segmentation/targeting, budget management and optimization etc. is required
  • Exhibits strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities
  • Participates with client and internal team to establish media goals, objectives and strategies for advertising campaigns.
  • Studies demographic data and consumer profiles to identify desired target audiences for online advertising; draws POV from data.
  • Evaluates editorial content and audience composition of a wide range of media vehicles to determine which would most effectively reach target audience.
  • Negotiates independently with publishers.
  • Works cross-functionally (particularly with creative and analytics).
  • Contributes to media plan and client presentation.
  • Daily internal team contact and ongoing tactical contact with clients
  • Completes month-end billing in partnership with the account management team
  • Emerging expertise across Prisma: executes placements, maintains quality control on placements, handles back-end billing.
  • Assists in training and mentorship of Media Coordinators.
  • Participates in shared learning and works with Supervisors to help put together POVs across the department.
