  • Experience in a client-facing technical role (as a developer or as a consultant)

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with client lead to ensure the SDK integration goes smoothly
  • Based on your technical knowledge, provide guidance on any technical risks that arise during SDK testing and integration
  • Manage a diverse and sometimes complex scope of potential technical issues across multiple client engagements
  • Work directly with the SDK development team to resolve issues and escalate as necessary for confirmation of solutions or other options
  • Proactively identify and work with the customer to resolve technical issues and bottlenecks
  • Collaborate with the SDK Sales team to demonstrate value in the pre-sales process
