Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development or I/O Psychology with 6 years of experience in corporate talent, and leadership development OR 10 years of experience in corporate talent management, and leadership development.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR processes and programs such as succession planning, performance management, talent reviews, employee development, and career planning.
  • Experience with leadership assessment and evaluation, leadership development, retention programs, and talent reviews and succession methodologies and facilitation.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR processes, measurable program design, and delivering on data driven analytics.
  • Experience in leading teams through targeted reporting measures, project management timelines, and/or storyboarding tools.
  • Experience with program evaluation and impact measures that drive leadership development, retention programs, and business consultation.
  • Experience leading a team, project, and/or programs at an enterprise level.
  • Experience designing and analyzing leadership programs including front-line through executives.
  • Experience interacting and consulting with various business partners and COEs.
  • Experience with presentation design, proposals, and corporate communications.
  • Experience in partnering with organizational divisions and HR to facilitate execution of HR programs.

Responsibilities
  • Building framework, process and strategy to assess, measure, and develop internal leadership pipelines and executive talent capabilities that support strategic goals and align with business needs.
  • Leading designing, developing, implementing, and supporting talent programs including but not limited to leadership development, succession planning, HI-PO development, performance management, retention strategies, career development, and competency management.
  • Managing and developing other department professionals.
