Responsibilities
  • Manage a team and build framework, process and strategy to assess, measure, and develop internal leadership pipelines and executive talent capabilities that support strategic goals and align with business needs.
  • Lead designing, developing, implementing, and supporting talent programs including but not limited to leadership development, succession planning, HI-PO development, performance management, retention strategies, career development, and competency management.
  • Manage and develop other department professionals.

  • Experienced in data driven systems; WorkDay Talent Optimization Module, Power BI, etc.
