What You’ll Do
- Routinely thaw, freeze, and maintain various cell cultures including immortalized cell lines and primary cells.
- Assist in studies to characterize and understand the development of T cells from selection, and the important changes that occur affecting cell surface marker expression, cytokine release, and target cell killing capabilities.
- Routinely maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Keep excellent laboratory record.
