Requirements
- Have 8+ years of professional software development experience
- Have demonstrable experience leading large scale projects, ideally with a team of engineers
- Have deep experience with modern cloud technologies
- Thrive in an environment with minimal structure and ambitious problems to solve
- Can translate complex business requirements into an iterable technical plan
- Have experience in FinTech or a related domain space
- Have a disciplined approach to software development, testing, and quality
- Have experience managing a team of at least 6 engineers for at least a year
- Have built a team from scratch
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our new banking platform
- Own the technical direction of this system alongside your team of engineers
- Hire and grow your engineering team
- Coordinate and communicate with key stakeholders regarding roadmap and execution
- 50-75% hands-on development
