Assistant Bay Ridge Program Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Bay Ridge Program Manager to join our Residential Rehabilitation Program. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced human services professional to take on a leadership role while directly supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
The Assistant Bay Ridge Program Manager supports the Program Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Bay Ridge residential program. This position combines direct support, program coordination, staff leadership, and operational oversight to help ensure high-quality services and a safe, recovery-oriented environment for the individuals we serve.
The Assistant Program Manager will provide leadership coverage in the Program Manager's absence, support staff, coordinate care, assist with admissions and transitions, and help maintain compliance with agency policies and program standards.
Schedule & Work Environment
Employment Type: Full-Time
This position requires a flexible schedule based on program needs. The schedule may include:
- Day, evening, and weekend shifts
- On-call responsibilities
- Leadership coverage during the Program Manager's absence
- Travel between various program locations
The successful candidate must be flexible, dependable, and willing to respond to the operational needs of a residential program.
