Creating SAP purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts
Monitoring contract services provided, ensuring schedules are met and contracted services are provided in efficient and timely manner. Maintaining records of all services provided.
Coordinating equipment inspections a for equipment not covered under service agreement.
Maintaining system, personnel, equipment and facilities for stores and spare parts management. Includes but not limited to ordering, receipt, dispensing, storage, cycle counts, investments recovery, salvage and cataloging of all materials.
Making purchases using purchasing card (corporate credit card) related to service and material needs, including “free bin” program
Qualifications:
- Minimum Associate degree in technical field (preferred)
- 2+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory
- Proficient as SAP user (purchasing and maintenance activities)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Knowledge of site services (utility) and storeroom operations and procedures
- Good organizational skills and planning techniques
- Good technical knowledge combined with the ability to handle a variety of jobs simultaneously
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to prioritize changing work load requirements
