Responsibilities
  • Creating SAP purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and goods receipts
  • Monitoring contract services provided, ensuring schedules are met and contracted services are provided in efficient and timely manner
  • Maintaining records of all services provided
  • Coordinating equipment inspections for equipment not covered under service agreement
  • Maintaining system, personnel, equipment and facilities for stores and spare parts management
  • Making purchases using purchasing card (corporate credit card) related to service and material needs, including 'free bin' program
