Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Build, coach, develop, lead, and motivate the branch team to provide client service, analyze client needs, and recommend financial solutions.
  • Maintain accountability for branch operations and compliance, including operational, regulatory, security, and audit procedures.
  • Lead the branch team through consistent execution of the Branch Playbook to achieve branch goals.
  • Make outside calls to small business clients and develop community centers of influence and referral networks.
  • Grow the business through client retention, expansion, and acquisition tactics, while leading the branch team in meeting activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
  • Lead and develop the branch team by teaching KeyBank products and services, sales and service processes, competitive information, vision, and values.
  • Build partnerships within the branch team and with lines of business to acquire clients and deepen existing client relationships.
  • Manage staffing and scheduling for direct reports, recruit and select branch team members, and onboard and train new teammates.
  • Deploy teammates to other branches as needed to ensure appropriate area staffing coverage.
  • Deliver coaching and performance management through observational coaching, joint sales calls, growth and development, training tools, and recognition.
  • Provide guidance to the branch team regarding regulatory, security, and internal controls and ensure timely completion of branch operations tasks.
  • Work on Saturdays as directed by management.
  • Perform other assigned duties and comply with KeyBank policies, procedures, ethical standards, and client interests.
  • Communicate with clients and teammates face to face and by phone, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Travel occasionally, including overnight stays.

Radiant Logistics secures $200M revolving credit facility with improved terms and 2031 maturity

Radiant Logistics has completed an amended and restated $200 million secured revolving credit facility, refinancing its existing facility that was due to mature in August 2027. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with Bank of Montreal and PNC Bank acting as co-syndication agents. As of 31 March 2026, the company had $25 million drawn on the previous facility and $39.6 million cash on hand, resulting in no net debt.

Alterra IOS secures $400M refinancing from Truist and KeyBank for industrial outdoor storage portfolio

Alterra IOS has closed a $400 million refinancing facility led by Truist Financial and KeyBank to support expansion of its industrial outdoor storage platform. Truist provided $225 million whilst KeyBank committed $175 million. The transaction uses an equity pledge structure rather than traditional property mortgages, enabling portfolio-level financing across 99 properties spanning 27 states. The portfolio comprises 551 usable acres and nearly 2.1 million square feet of warehouse space located in major US industrial corridors. This brings Alterra's total debt commitments across its discretionary IOS funds to more than $2 billion. The company has acquired over 495 properties across 39 states as of Q2 2026, positioning itself as a leading owner and operator in the industrial outdoor storage sector.
