  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required
  • 7+ years of experience conducting Business Process Reengineering (BPR) activities
  • 5+ years of experience applying Process Improvement methodologies (e.g., Agile, Six Sigma)
  • Ability to assess operations, develop process documentation, and propose improvements
  • Strong understanding of process measurement, data modeling, and performance assessments
Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain business processes and procedures to meet evolving business objectives
  • Analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement continuous process improvements
  • Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, government entities, and developers for business process integration
  • Leverage industry best practices to guide complex programs using COTS tools
  • Coordinate between multiple project teams to align and integrate reengineering efforts across the enterprise
  • Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to document process gaps, trade-offs, and solutions
  • Support the development of capability delivery roadmaps, from Initial Operating Capability (IOC) to Final Operating Capability (FOC)
  • Assist in defining and documenting configuration requirements, business rules, and system requirements

  • Strong technical understanding of COTS tools used in process improvement
  • Ability to facilitate trade-off analyses and process gap documentation
