Responsibilities
  • Oversee log-level data analytics for digital channels across Ad Server, DSP, DMP and other data sources
  • Work with the adserver team to setup Sizmek campaigns
  • Responsible for campaign taxonomy implementation and align with Initiative privacy lead on data governance policy
  • Keep abreast of industry trends around data privacy, adtech audience data policy evolution, new techniques in data strategy and data science
  • Direct team on custom data visualization in dashboard platforms including Tableau and PowerBI
  • Partner with cross-craft teams on development of measurement frameworks
  • Drive efficiencies in how analytic services are delivered, through standardization and automation
Desired Qualifications
  • 5-7 years experience in managing data science in Cloud environments and toolsets (GCP, AWS, Azure) and data management (Redshift, BigQuery or SQLServer)
  • Experience in agile project management and engineering
  • Experience across descriptive, prescriptive, predictive data science techniques
  • Experience with experimental design, A/B testing setup, execution and measurement
  • Experience with programming languages - SQL, Python (pandas, SciPy, scikit-learn, stats models), R
  • AWS, Azure and/or Google Data certifications and participations in data bootcamps is a plus
