This acquisition, OpenGov's first since Cox Enterprises became its majority shareholder in a deal valuing OpenGov at $1.8 billion, expands its product offerings into tax and revenue management. iGovServices serves over 75 customers, enhancing OpenGov's existing customer base of 1,900.
