Must be able to work early mornings and some weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensure restaurant is cared for and inspected according to standards
Notify superiors of any damages, deficits and disturbances
Check stocking levels of all supplies; notify supervisor when replacement supplies are needed
