Responsibilities
  • Own an individual marketing project related to influencers, brand tracking, and/or Search advertising (designed by you and your manager based upon your personal skills/interests) for the duration of your internship, concluding with a company-wide showcase to champion your work
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager in the management of our paid media campaigns (Search, Social, Display, and Video) including strategy, budget planning, and activation
  • Assist with the reporting on performance of our branding and direct response campaigns, identifying areas for optimizations, and sharing with key stakeholders
  • Help craft our messaging across our Social campaigns (including Organic and Influencer) by working with our copywriters and creative agency
  • Partner with a fellow marketing “Earnie” throughout your internship who will serve as a mentor during your onboarding and an advocate for your success in addition to your manager
  • Take part in a Media 101 crash course to quickly grow your knowledge of the different marketing channels and the media planning process
  • Collaborate across our 20+ members of the Marketing team (including Acquisition, Lifecycle, and Operations) to learn the ins-and-outs of the various marketing specialties
  • Lead day-to-day communications with internal and external teams, getting exposure to our various departments (including Product, Engineering, and Design) and partners
