We are seeking an Operations Analyst to support our program with Navy Recruiting Command (NRC) in Millington, TN. This role will be performed on a hybrid basis (part telework) and is contingent on funding. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

1) Salesforce dashboarding

2) Data Insights

3) Salesforce configuration

Required Skills/Experience

Active Secret security clearance (Interim OK)
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
4+ years of professional experience
1-2 years+ working with Salesforce configuration/dashboarding

Desired Skills/Experience

Familiarity with Navy and/or DoD
