Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or IT management.
  • Experience with enterprise productivity software user enablement (e.g. Slack, Microsoft 365, Adobe, Zoom, Jira, Confluence, etc)
  • Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to adapt storytelling skills and level of detail to different audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, conveying strategic and tactical needs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of data related to employee productivity, using existing data platform standards, SaaS APIs and raw data files from core tools.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security while prioritizing the right data attributes and collections for reporting outcomes.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor productivity metrics.
  • Optimize use of software governance tools such as Productiv and Flexera to join utilization, cost and usage insights.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to increase tool adoption and value.
  • Anticipate and recommend solutions for process improvements within the team in support of operational efficiencies.
  • Develop training programs to ensure effective use of productivity tools.
  • Provide consultation, ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Produce and maintain well-written and compelling resources that guide the business toward the right technology solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
