  • Degree educated (or relevant professional experience)

Responsibilities
  • Collaborating closely with SEO team to optimise content for search
  • Merchandising top brand pages to enhance performance of impactful pages and keep bounce low and revenue high by producing enticing, helpful content
  • Assisting with onboarding of new merchants and responding to partnership queries
  • Contributing to the offer content lifecycle from pre, during, and post publication; general content management
  • Liaising with other teams including SalesOps, Marketing, Product & Eng for content management and optimisations
  • Managing remote teams, including training, support, and feedback. Supporting the Operations Manager in scoping and creating new remote roles, processes, and approaches
