  • You can conduct piercings and demonstrate patience and empathy, particularly with young or anxious customers.

  • You hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have 1-2 years of retail management experience.

  • Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training. Become a trusted guide for customers - conducting piercings, educating on aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, addressing questions and concerns throughout the process.
  • Keep the heartbeat of our store strong by overseeing operations with efficiency and flair. From managing inventory and handling cash transactions to visual merchandising and coordinating promotional activities. You ensure that every aspect of store operations reflects the fun and joy that defines Claire's.
  • Recruit, train, manage, and provide direction and development to your team. Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results and ensure team members are continually challenged and achieving their full potential.
  • Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm and offer fashion-related tips and advice. Ensure your store is well-merchandised reflecting the latest trends and maximizing sales opportunities.
