Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • The site still updated product pages in 2025 and January 2026, showing active merchandising.
  • Exclusive Blueridge ductless offerings support margin control and differentiation against commodity HVAC sellers.
  • Ductless mini-split demand fits Alpine's direct-to-homeowner model and simplifies cross-selling online.

What critics are saying

  • BBB logged 23 complaints in three years, signaling recurring customer-service and fulfillment friction.
  • High complaint volume can erode trust quickly in HVAC, where installation mistakes become expensive returns.
  • A concentrated private-owner structure gives outside investors no liquidity and little governance transparency.

What makes Alpine Home Air Products unique

  • Todd Arthurs Holdings owns Alpine Home Air and Yellow Supply under one private umbrella.
  • Alpine sells HVAC equipment directly online, bypassing contractor-only distribution and dealer markups.
  • Blueridge mini-splits are exclusive to Alpine Home Air and anchor its assortment.
