Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

· Supports division leadership with the rollup and consolidation of performance metrics aligned with both FMS and customer goals.

· Provides site leadership the data necessary to make decisions affecting the use of time, money, materials and labor.

· Assists site in timeliness of data for forecasting and budgeting.

· Prepares, analyzes, and presents metrics from CMMS or other database, HR, Safety and Accounting.

· Collects data and provides analysis and interpretation of weekly/monthly site and division roll-up metrics.

· Coordinates and implements CMMS system inputs at the site level to Corporate IT team.

· Trains ATS site personnel in the tools and systems – CMMS, KPIs, Metrics, etc.

· Performs validation testing on site work activity results; monitors and reports on internal team controls to ensure compliance and timeliness of reported results.

· Supports the FMS Standardization strategy.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, & Behaviors Required:

· Associates degree and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

· Basic understanding of the Factory Maintenance Services business

· Previous experience with CMMS, Efactory Pro, SAP preferred

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Access preferred

· Basic knowledge of Relational Database, ie. Access, SQL, SAP required

· Six Sigma experience preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands, speak, and hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit for long periods, reach with arms, and use close vision. At times, the employee is required to use a telephone, a keyboard and computer, and other office equipment. Work is typically performed in a moderately noisy business office.
