Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound communications efficiently, connecting with internal Subject Matter Experts, creating relevant content or redirecting to the right engagement point.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing status updates on count of unanswered questions, and time to first response.
  • Review and update Brightspace Learning Center content ensuring quality and accessibility measures are met.
  • Review and analyze data from the to communicate insights about future content and activities to contribute to community experience improvements.
