About the Role
This role is critical for GoodRx to continue our focus on looking for new opportunities to drive value for consumers and partners. You will have a significant hand in disrupting the healthcare industry. You will be responsible for driving new innovation within the company and making crucial decisions on where and how we invest in new business ventures. You will be working across a fast-paced and mission-driven company in addition to figuring out how to operationalize key business opportunities. This role will be reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be an essential member of his leadership team.
Responsibilities:
- Create a strategy and vision to help build and grow our consumer-facing businesses, including where else we should play on the broader value chain
- Explore new business models that add value to consumers and our broader partner network
- Prioritize opportunities to go after and work across functional teams to build buy in, drive a cohesive strategy and go to market, including P&L management
- Will lead a small team of individual contributors.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of leadership, management, and operating experience
- Experience leading and working cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, finance, analytics, and design
- Experience in leading marketplace and/or first-party ecommerce businesses is a plus including owned technology and partner-led approaches
- Strong P&L, business development and partnerships experience including working across external technology and business partners
- Successfully launched and led complex, cross-functional initiatives at large companies
- Ability to be strategic and effectively analyze complicated business problems and create solutions
- Data-oriented, analytical and detail-oriented, yet balanced with an ability to step back from the data to draw out the right business approach for the conclusion.
- Success in a multi-functional roles that blends project management and strategy Experience working directly with people at all levels in a rapidly scaling organization, including executive and C-suite level.
- Ability to influence and be collaborative at all levels of the organization
- Experience in managing and coaching high-performing teams
- Growth mindset, endless creativity and adaptability, and a desire to create an inclusive culture
Below is our salary range for this position based on office location:
VP:
San Francisco Office: $218,000 - $350,000
New York Office: $200,000 - $321,000
Santa Monica Office: $182,000 - $292,000
Sr. Director:
San Francisco Office: $190,000 - $305,000
New York Office: $174,000 - $279,000
Santa Monica Office: $158,000 - $254,000
