Requirements
  • Candidates must have experience as REA, project lead, or equivalent.
  • Candidates must hold bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering or similar field with a minimum of 6 years work experience.
Responsibilities
  • Work with your team of up to ten engineers to continually develop their skills through feedback, identifying tasking to suit skillsets, and mentorship.
  • Motivate and communicate through regular weekly 1:1 meetings and advocate for them through weekly meetings with the mechanical ETLs in a weekly staffing meeting.
  • Work to mitigate technical and personnel issues and escalate as appropriate to the director or HR as needed.
  • Collect and combine annual feedback from peers and make suggestions for compensation and promotion.
  • Identify resource gaps for equipment and support hiring efforts: specifically first round interviews, offers, and 30/60/90 feedback as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • Well qualified candidate will have 2 years CAM (cost account manager) experience and have previous technical leadership experience - mentoring, determining tasking for others, etc.
