Location: Outside of California, USA only; remote role.
The purpose of thisGlobal B2B Finance Analystposition is to help Global B2B Finance, Portfolio Team and Regions drive profitable product category (Video Collaboration Conference Camera) business growth through financial analysis and ownership. Your key objective is to enable Global FP&A operations and partner closely with Global Category Managers to jointly support regions and global business decisions with data-driven analytics and insight.
Your primary business interactions will be with Global Category Managers (Portfolio Team) and Global B2B Finance. From a functional side, you will have frequent interactions with Regional B2B Finance and Business Operations. From a commercial standpoint, you will work on financial strategies and provide guidance in line with the realities of the rapidly evolving video collaboration industry and B2B partners landscape.

Partner with Portfolio Team in making financially sound decisions and driving profitable business growth
Own Product Category P&L by setting category targets, managing budget and reviewing business progress
Engage in the evaluation of Synergy Market Data, SFDC funnel and support GTM / channel analytics
Facilitate AOP/Growth (planning) process through preparation of planning guidelines, consolidation and analysis
Own NPI financial analysis for Conference Cams and provide advice on product line performance with data-based analytics, pipeline activity evaluation, investment optimization and channel mix development
Your Skills: For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team:
FP&A experience of 3-5 years, in international environment like FMCG, Consumer Electronics or PC industry
Expert Excel user, familiar with Oracle Essbase and ERP
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
English fluency required
Self-motivated and agile in embracing fast changing business context and sometimes ambiguous or open-ended assignments
Capable to prioritize and bring structure while enabling pace and controls
Accustomed to working in a cross-functional environment and matrix structure
At ease in communication with management

This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 67,400 and $ 153,900, dependent on location and experience.
In certain circumstances, higher compensation will be considered based on the business need, candidate experience, and skills.
