Requirements
  • Requires at least a High School Diploma, or foreign equivalent, and 10 years of experience as a Trade Structuring Lead Specialist, Senior Specialist, or related position involving financial product development and management for CCA region.
  • Full span of experience must include: Compliance and Credit Risk Management; Financial Product Management; Trade Payables financing business (supply finance); Profit and Loss Management; Financial, legal and tax regulations for CCA region; and Audit controls.
  • Up to 15% international travel required.
Responsibilities
  • Research conditions in regional Caribbean and Central America (CCA) markets and provide product development, market strategy and Profit and Loss (P&L) Management for Trade Payable Finance business (Supply Finance) across CCA region.
  • Track and analyze performances of revenues, efficiency ratios and investments on Trade Payable Finance solutions (actuals and versus plan and prior year) at country level.
  • Coordinate with CCA countries and regional stakeholders on new product developments, rollouts, and rollovers of existing solutions to ensure they are aligned with US and domestic legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Provide support, training and guidance to all stakeholders (buyers, suppliers, sales and banking) when upgrading solutions or launching new products.
  • Coordinate with CCA supplier’s onboarding team priorities and annual targets.
  • Conduct competitive gap analysis across CCA region.
  • Approve product deviations from global standards and/or low return programs when necessary.
  • Ensure Trade Payable Finance business passes all country’s audits.
  • Digitize workflows and agreements in each country.
