Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience with the Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management solution, including expertise in Product Collaboration, Product Governance and Compliance, and Product Portfolio Management modules.
  • At least 3 years of experience with Agile configuration and customization, including the Software Development Kit, web services, Agile Integration Services, Agile Content Services, and events.
  • Strong functional Product Lifecycle Management background and experience conducting business and technical process workshops, fit-gap analysis, scope identification, strategy and approach definition, and best-practice development.
  • Experience gathering data migration requirements, including quantification and data analysis, data mapping, and data transformation.
  • Strong ability to analyze business requirements, risks, risk mitigation, challenges, and concerns and provide best-practice solutions.
  • Strong understanding of complex Product Lifecycle Management business processes, business rules, change management, document control, and engineering processes in the high-tech industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of end-to-end business process alignment, workflows, data security models, Agile Product Lifecycle Management solution design, attribute configuration, privileges and roles, user groups, change orders, workflow configuration, and criteria definition.
  • Experience collaborating with Oracle Support and other vendor resources to resolve product bugs.
  • Strong experience with the software development life cycle, Agile methodology, code review, and software security and vulnerability considerations.
  • Familiarity with WebLogic, Oracle Database, Oracle Enterprise Linux, LDAP, and Agile Product Lifecycle Management clustered architecture configurations.
  • At least 4 years of industry experience with Java and standard open frameworks.
  • At least 4 years of experience with Eclipse, including its debugging features.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and experience working with both functional and technical teams.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to pass a background and drug screen.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct business and technical process workshops, fit-gap analysis, scope identification, and strategy and approach definition using best practices.
  • Gather and analyze data migration requirements, including data quantification, mapping, and transformation.
  • Define and align end-to-end business processes and workflows and configure Agile Product Lifecycle Management attributes, privileges, roles, user groups, change orders, workflows, and criteria.
  • Design and configure Agile Product Lifecycle Management solutions, including clustered architectures, integrations, and customizations.
  • Collaborate with Oracle Support and vendor resources to resolve product bugs.
  • Develop innovative solutions for complex customizations and technical issues.
  • Work with functional and technical teams on large-scale projects and multiple concurrent projects.

TSR, Inc. will be acquired by Vienna Parent, formed by BCforward founder Justin Christian. Vienna Sub will purchase all outstanding TSR shares for $13.40 per share, valuing the transaction at approximately $29 million. This represents a 73.8% premium over TSR's closing price on May 14, 2024. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2024, subject to customary conditions.
