  • 4-6 years of managing productions either within an agency environment or for a brand.
  • Experience managing direct reports
  • Experience working with creative, production and event teams.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of event production and social media/the digital space.
  • Excellent negotiating skills and an innate understanding of industry pricing.
  • Creative problem-solver and highly conceptual abstract visual thinker.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact, managing day-to-day communications with mid-level clients and maintaining client satisfaction by delivering on and exceeding client needs and expectations.
  • Manage, direct and set the course for projects across departments, direct and implement changes and address challenges as they arise.
  • Collaborate with experiential and digital strategists, creatives and producers from concept development through final delivery/activation.
  • Identify and communicate project challenges in a timely manner, while brainstorming and identifying creative solutions to all problems and elevating to management and leadership teams as needed.
  • Execute integrated campaigns, applying knowledge of production and process to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Build and maintain industry knowledge, relationships, and resources that can be leveraged to help drive projects forward.
  • Develop a well-versed knowledge of each client’s business, including business model basics, individual key issues, and competitive situation.
