Requirements
  • A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field.
  • Must be able to obtain a US Secret Security Clearance.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities
  • Process and record accounts payable transactions.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain vendor files ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Process expense reports.
  • Coordinate with other departments and vendors to obtain necessary financial documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with financial reporting and audit preparations as needed.
  • Manage filing systems for financial documents, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, answering inquiries, and supporting the accounting team’s workflow.
  • Help implement and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
