The Kids' Cancer Project, an Australian charity funding childhood cancer research, has increased recurring donations by 19.9% from FY21 to FY25 using SAS Customer Intelligence 360. The organisation, which has helped raise childhood cancer survival rates from 55% to 87% over three decades, relies entirely on donations. The SAS platform transformed the charity's donor data from static records into dynamic, real-time insights across digital and traditional channels. This enabled personalised engagement based on supporter behaviour, showing how donors interact with websites, social media and other platforms. Since implementing the technology, The Kids' Cancer Project has also achieved 21.4% growth in research funding over two years and a 5% increase in fundraising profit margins. The data-driven approach provides unified visibility of donor journeys, enabling more timely and effective campaigns.
