Responsibilities
  • Be the go-to POC for Client Services, providing daily BA support on European campaign trackers, releases, and amendments
  • Tracking the docs, keeping tabs on contracts from the point of creation through to signature
  • Providing training to the Client Service team on processes and operations of the Business Affairs team
  • Supporting the Client Service team with ad-hoc queries
  • Taking charge of setting up contract automation from templates to ensure our Client Service teams are able to contract creators and troubleshoot any issues in real time
  • Supporting our Senior Manager, Business Affairs with admin, contract execution and ad-hoc requests
