Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field
  • 4+ years of professional work experience in product/av operations, management consulting, rideshare, mobility sectors
  • 2+ years of experience in project management
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience defining overall project plans, timelines and milestones
  • Ability to communicate clear outputs and status updates, while influencing cross-functional partners
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to fulfill the company's mission
Responsibilities
  • Ensure the highest consideration and standards for Safety are incorporated into everything related to the program
  • Establish clear Field Service program landmarks and timelines across all markets
  • Update and present status updates to senior leadership (VP+) on a regular cadence and ad hoc as needed for project input, risks and achievements
  • Refine ongoing training requirements; work with training partners to ensure progress against updated requirements
  • Observe and sync with Field Service leadership in the field (including at night) at reasonable intervals to ensure first-hand feedback loops
  • Write and revise Standard Operating Procedures; review on regular basis as new information becomes available through operational learning
  • Build and cultivate relationships with 3rd party vendors and providers as needed (contingent workforce, towing service providers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with relevant partners across Ops, Eng, Product, IT and other functional areas to influence and ensure milestone completion on time
  • Proactively determine next set of Field Service priorities, tooling and platform support to allow driverless operations to continue scaling
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Project Management tools, to include GANTT charts, etc
  • Experience with defining and managing projects in safety critical operations in technology or automotive industries
