Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years senior executive level support required.

Responsibilities
  • Enthusiastically greeting all contacts: vendors and personnel consistently, offering a warm, hospitable demeanor that is also in a manner that is positive, authentic, friendly, and helpful.
  • Performing a broad range of administrative support activities on a regular basis, requiring efficiency, initiative, and judgment.
  • Supporting all Executive Team in related administrative tasks, which may include effectively maintaining and coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging conference needs, travel, and handling various purchases including invoice arrangements.
  • Supporting HR in coordinating company outings, team meetings, focus weeks, and other community endeavors, including travel, lodging, meals, and event coordination as needed.
  • Acting as chief liaison by managing all incoming calls, email, and mail; providing information in response to requests, exercising good judgment when filtering inquiries for clinical trials and more.
  • Maintaining the space for optimal working conditions and as such, this is a hybrid role with a 3 days on site per week, progressing as business needs demand.
  • Supporting G&A Business Operations Manager in the development and maintenance of improvement processes; maintaining information consistency of company policy and operations across employee.
  • Managing company assets and supply inventory including tracking, purchasing, and prioritizing conflicting needs, handling matters proactively, and following through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Demonstrating confidentiality in the execution of all tasks.
