About the Role:
The Sales Enablement Manager will develop a new Sales Enablement function for Payments products from the ground up. This person will provide sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with sales and the product strategy & marketing teams, the sales enablement manager will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions to transform the sales process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do:
- Develop, execute, optimize and assess new sales enablement program.
- Drive strategy for sales enablement.
- Articulate and facilitate training classes.
- Own and recommend sales learning tools and content management system.
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders.
- Develop and communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Build a trusted relationship with sales reps.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams.
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps.
- Coordinate educational content for ongoing training.
- Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams.
- Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the sales enablement strategy.
- Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team.
- Implement and maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need.
- Play a key leadership role within the BaaS organization to drive revenue and strategy.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- 8+ years experience.
- 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization, in sales, enablement or learning and development.
- Experience building a sales enablement function from the ground up.
- Experience with assessing, implementing and owning content management and learning management systems.
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as Articulate, Camtasia.
- In depth knowledge of Payments industry (Issuing, Acquiring, and Money Movement products).
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training.
- Ability to operate strategically and tactically.
- Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fast learner.
