Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
  • 8+ years experience
  • 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization, in sales, enablement or learning and development
  • Experience building a sales enablement function from the ground up
  • Experience with assessing, implementing and owning content management and learning management systems
  • Experience with sales enablement tools such as Articulate, Camtasia
  • In depth knowledge of Payments industry (Issuing, Acquiring, and Money Movement products)
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Ability to operate strategically and tactically
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fast learner
Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, optimize and assess new sales enablement program
  • Drive strategy for sales enablement
  • Articulate and facilitate training classes
  • Own and recommend sales learning tools and content management system
  • Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
  • Develop and communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
  • Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
  • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
  • Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
  • Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
  • Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the sales enablement strategy
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Implement and maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities sellers need
  • Play a key leadership role within the BaaS organization to drive revenue and strategy
  • Other duties as assigned
