The business partner position will support the organization by overseeing the testing strategy, execution, and coordinationto secure our testing cycle deliverables for the SAP S4 Hana deployment. Reporting to a Business Process Integration Lead, the business partner's main mandate will be to ensure that all SAP modules, custom applications, and integrated systems are thoroughly tested and meet the highest standards of quality before going liveto coordinate and carry out key activities impacting interim phase strategy whether in the design phase or the deployment phase.  They will act as a change agent and as an expert to ensure the achievement of project deliverables. 

They will act as an ambassador and leader during deployments sites in securing business continuity through procedures, processes, and controls. This role will required you to travel (50%) on Agropur's Canadian facilities

What’s involved in this role:

• Become the owner of thetesting strategy execution

• Lead the testing efforts for SAP applications across the project, ensuring effective planning, execution, and completion of all test phases (unit, integration, UAT, regression).

• Develop and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and test cases for SAP modules.Adapt interim solutions through the design phase of final solution.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SAP functional teams, developers, business analysts, and application owners to gather testing requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.

• Establish a robust defect management process, tracking, and reporting system to ensure the timely identification, documentation, and resolution of issues across SAP.

• Drive and participate in test automation initiatives for SAP. Ensuring that automated testing tools are effectively utilized.

• Mentor and guide testing team members, ensuring best practices are followed and high-quality standards are maintained throughout.

• Oversee test environments to ensure accurate representation of production systems for both SAP and application testing.

• Provide regular status reports and metrics to key stakeholders on test progress, defect status, and overall quality assurance for SAP and application testing.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the testing lifecycle.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders (sites, integrator, third parties, different functions, etc.) throughout implementation.

• Coordinate resolution meetings by identifying stakeholders and guiding discussions in a way that leads to decisions.  Document identified actions and track them.
