It provides 24/7 access to a dedicated care team and one-on-one video appointments, with care coordinated across healthcare providers to avoid patients retelling their symptoms. The service works via a subscription model that includes ongoing check-ins, tailored nutrition and exercise guidance, and clear explanations of lab results, all delivered by a network of experts.
