We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our Events Coordinator in planning and executing successful events. You’ll help manage all aspects of event preparation, logistics, and execution, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and attendees. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events, including property showcases and client meetings.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, catering, and transportation.
- Track event budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
- Support vendor management, contracts, and coordination.
- Prepare and organize event materials, such as signage and promotional items.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance.
- Gather and report feedback post-event to assess success and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
