Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to achieve goals for compliance, customer satisfaction and value extraction.
  • Establish receipt and delivery specifications.
  • Assess product quality during receipt, storage, and distribution.
  • Through testing and data collection, identify products and locations that are well positioned for value extraction.
  • Conduct training sessions to ensure proper execution of processes and procedures.
  • Foster a team environment that encourages open communication and continuous improvement.
  • Attend ASTM, API and other QC related meetings and sub committees.
  • Ensure procedure and processes are followed and reviewed yearly.
  • Follow changing regulations and other QC related State and Federal requirements.
  • Oversee sampling and testing programs.
  • Evaluate test results to assess the attainment of goals.
  • Perform or coordinate sampling and testing of refined petroleum products at terminal facilities in accordance with ASTM, API, and internal standards.
  • Analyze test results and ensure compliance with specifications prior to product dispatch.
  • Investigate and resolve product quality issues or off-spec incidents.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and test results.
  • Prepare and present quality reports for management.
  • Develop procedures for quality control and blending.
  • Help IT and Data Systems groups to develop automated systems and reporting.
  • Track and analyze quality metrics relative to goal attainment.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., ASTM, API) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and timely quality records, test reports, batch documentation, and incident logs.
  • Support audits and inspections by internal teams and regulatory agencies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve process effectiveness, efficiency, capacity and flexibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement outcomes from continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging quality control technologies.
  • Ensure all quality control activities adhere to safety standards.
  • Coordinate with regulatory bodies, the Compliance team and industry organizations.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for product quality incidents, contamination, or customer complaints.
  • Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Global Partners expands credit facility by $300M, reallocates $200M to working capital

Global Partners LP has expanded its credit facility by $300 million through an accordion feature, providing short-term financial flexibility for up to 364 days. The energy company also received lender approval to reallocate $200 million from its Aggregate Revolver Commitment to working capital, whilst core terms of its December 2025 credit agreement remain unchanged. Separately, Stifel raised its price target for Global Partners from $45 to $46, maintaining a Hold rating. The company plans to increase capital expenditure to expand logistics and capacity at recently acquired terminals, and intends to implement AI capabilities to improve cost efficiencies and margins. Stifel raises Global Partners price target to $46, maintains hold rating

Stifel has raised its price target for Global Partners LP to $46 from $45, whilst maintaining a Hold rating on the stock. The increase follows the company's fourth-quarter 2025 earnings results. Global Partners LP reports $94.8M Q4 adjusted EBITDA amid strategic terminal and bunkering expansions

Global Partners LP reported Q4 2025 adjusted EBITDA of $94.8 million, down from $97.8 million in Q4 2024, whilst net income rose to $25.1 million from $23.9 million. Distributable cash flow decreased to $38.4 million from $45.7 million year-over-year. The company's GDSO product margin increased by $17.7 million to $231.3 million, with fuel margins rising to $0.45 per gallon from $0.36.
