  • The Senior Business Systems Analyst should have a comparable level of subject matter expertise with business partners and a robust understanding of the technology concepts applicable for the functions.
  • The candidate should be capable of engaging with business and technology partners and distinguishing objectives, obstacles, and solutions.
  • The Senior BSA may contribute to solution designs, testing plans and execution, as well as the training, troubleshooting, and project management aspects of addressing business and operational needs.
  • Experience gathering, organizing, and documenting business requirements in shareable, actionable, standardized formats.
  • Proficiency in requirements management, source management, systems for managing user stories, code deployments, release management, environment management, and continuous integration/continuous delivery tools.
  • Experience coordinating end-to-end user acceptance testing cycle.
  • Experience developing organizational change management framework including communication, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Ability to write business level acceptance criteria for feature groups and functional success metrics.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and systems for inefficiencies and facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner on requirements, business value scoring and success metrics.
  • Drive the requirements gathering process reflecting business needs, including risk analysis, as-is and to-be process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution.
  • Review technical solutions for alignment with business processes and objectives.
  • Coordinate end-to-end user acceptance testing cycle.
  • Develop organizational change management framework; communication, training, and post-implementation support.
  • Write business level acceptance criteria for feature groups and functional success metrics.
  • Analyze business processes and business systems for inefficiencies.
  • Facilitate recommendations for solutions or improvements and review how new technology or alternative uses of existing technology can achieve them.
  • Act as liaison between business stakeholders and software development or information technology teams.
  • Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by documenting business requirements.
  • Document and evaluate required data and information.
  • Use modeling, testing and data modeling to improve information flow and project success.
  • Plan, prioritize and deliver system enhancements; support and upgrade implemented systems.
  • Work proactively on customer issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Communicate at both business and technical levels (written and verbal).
  • Engage with stakeholders at department or division level and manage multiple issues with prioritization.
  • Research and respond to customer questions; navigate complex situations involving multiple parties.
Desired Qualifications
  • Salesforce Core product and features and Force.com capabilities familiarity.
  • Service Cloud experience and related concepts and capabilities preferred.
  • Experience with requirements management, source management, and tools for managing user stories, code deployments, release management, environment management, and CI/CD tools is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform technologies and IT processes in an engineering context is desirable.
