The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.
This position
The Analyst is a highly motivated self-starter who drives sales reporting, analyses, and insights to accelerate the growth of our business. A successful analyst is a scrappy problem solver, very analytical, and ideally has a strong foundational knowledge in sales reporting. This person can quickly identify trends and can synthesize data into meaningful, consumable information. The Analyst also helps build and improve sales data, processes, and reporting infrastructure.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Manager, GTM Analytics and is designated as Flex.
Responsibilities
• Execute projects to improve our go-to-market engine
• Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the sales organization
• Provide reports and data-driven insights on key sales drivers, progress to plan, results, and recommendations needed to meet business goals
• Gather metrics and perform data analysis to deliver content for key stakeholders (QBRs, Board Decks, Employee Communications, etc.)
Basic qualifications
• BS/BA degree in finance, business, economics, or other quantitative field
• 2+ years of experience in a sales operations, finance, management consulting, or corporate analytical roles
Preferred qualifications
• Proficiency in Salesforce
• Strong analytics, business acumen, and intellectual curiosity
• Customer service oriented and ability to partner with individuals at all levels
• Effective, clear, and concise communication skills
• Comfortable and flexible working in a fast-paced environment
• Results-driven and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
• Familiarity with BI tools or interest in learning how to leverage BI tools is a plus
