Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software, preferably Greenhouse and Rippling.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong bias for action.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and AI is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding by managing communication and providing timely updates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, including phone screenings, video interviews, and on-site meetings. Manage logistics and details to ensure a seamless process.
  • Assist with creating, posting, and managing job advertisements on various platforms. Monitor application flow and optimize posting strategies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse (ATS), ensuring all candidate information and scorecards are up-to-date and appropriately managed.
  • Support recruiters in sourcing candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating start dates.
  • Provide administrative support to the People team, including processing paperwork, maintaining files, and assisting with various HR projects as needed.
  • Assist in promoting Hebbia AI’s employer brand through social media, events, and other creative initiatives.
