Requirements
  • Extensive sourcing experience - you must be comfortable spending time directly sourcing.
  • Some initial experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • At least one year of experience working internally for fast-growing, tech-driven companies—a mix of agency and in-house (or RPO/onsite) experience is ideal.
  • A candidate-centric mindset that ensures an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: you listen, iterate quickly, and build trust-based relationships.
  • A high degree of comfort in context-switching - you’ll be working across various teams in the business, on roles requiring very diverse, often highly specialised skillsets.
  • A solution-oriented, proactive approach with creativity and determination to tackle hiring challenges in competitive markets. You’ll get stuff done.
  • Data-driven thinking, leveraging metrics to improve processes and make informed decisions.
  • Tech TA toolkit: Experience with Greenhouse, Metaview, Otta, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, and G-Suite is a plus. If you’ve worked with other advanced sourcing tools, that’s a big plus too!
Responsibilities
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional talent for our commercial roles through direct sourcing, building a strong referral network, and fostering candidate pipelines. We hire 99% of our roles directly.
  • Working closely with the Principal Talent Partner in this area, for some roles supporting primarily through sourcing activities, while owning more junior roles end-to-end.
  • Ensuring best-in-class interview processes by leveraging data to assess quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager feedback.
  • Embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in everything you do, from crafting outreach to working with external specialists on building inclusive recruitment campaigns.
  • Staying updated on recruitment tools and techniques, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse to enhance our recruitment processes, but also utilising innovative sourcing techniques (events, x-ray searching etc).
