What you will be doing

ComplyAdvantage is growing one of the largest databases of risk-relevant information in the world, combining information about hundreds of millions of entities from tens of thousands of sources across multiple languages. Our customers are financial institutions (banks, payment processors, crypto wallet providers and others) that use this information to assess whether their customers present a risk. One of our biggest challenges is making this information easily accessible and useful to our customers, so they can spot risks to their businesses efficiently and accurately.

As a Search and Matching Product Manager, you will 

• Own the processes and interfaces that enable our risk information to be accessed by customers efficiently and effectively.
• Define the vision and roadmap for the search profile interfaces and infrastructure.
• Work with the leaders of the customer-facing products (Transaction Monitoring, KYC, KYB), commercial teams, and our key customers to define, agree, and deliver on a roadmap for improving access to our data, growing adoption and revenue, and meeting new use cases.
• Support Data Scientists and other Product Managers in launching new product features, by building data access methods that unlock new insights for our customers.
• Work closely with your engineering and data science peers to define and implement a technical and product strategy for transforming access to our data.

About you

As a Search and Matching Product Manager, you will have 

• Proven Product Management experience and practical experience in building and shipping technical products
• Worked closely with large data sets, understand how data pipelines work and how data science creates actionable insights for the end-user through machine learning
• Worked on enterprise scale systems to ensure scale, reliability, and quality of end user experience.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills in English
• Good stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Experience of defining and delivering solutions in regulatory compliance and / or anti financial crime operations.
• Experience in data collection or data transformation products.

The impact you will have

The Search and Matching Product Manager will combine the information we have about entities from multiple sources into unified profiles and surfacing this information in a smart but flexible search interface. The role of the PM will involve diving deep into how customers identify and assess risks, working closely with UX and UXR to define product solutions, with our data scientists to research how machine learning and artificial intelligence can be used to make the customer experience more accurate and efficient, and with your engineering colleagues to design and deliver effective solutions.
