Requirements
  • Demonstrates expertise in research methods and approaches.
  • Works with senior members of the team to identify project stakeholders and plot outcomes against project KPIs and company goals.
  • Follows standard research practices to execute individual studies with minimal direction.
  • Can design and execute end-to-end research projects across a range of methods, including usability testing, paper prototype testing, and focus groups.
  • Builds stakeholder-ready reports and visualizations to clearly communicate actionable research results, syncs with manager or senior members of the team on outline and messaging prior to report creation.
  • Surfaces opportunities for strategic insights and recommendations across research projects and shares them with support.
  • Independently shares insights with members of the project and research team. Flags to senior members of the team when insights might need to be shared with broader stakeholders and participates in that sharing.
  • Partners with other members of the team and provides peer feedback.
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with game development, design, and marketing teams to create and execute comprehensive research plans for Destiny 2 and Marathon.
  • Design research plans, conduct studies, and transform data into meaningful insights about player perceptions, sentiment, and gaming experiences.
  • Create persuasive reports and visualizations to demonstrate opportunities to improve the player experience and our marketing executions for Bungie games.
