Requirements
  • 4+ years of FP&A or accounting experience, ideally in a high growth advertising or media company
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related subject
  • Passion for data and the insights they unlock
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of precision
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple departments and practices a service-oriented business partnering approach
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel
  • Ability to understand complex business drivers, produce high-quality analytics and communicate results effectively
  • Eagerness to be resourceful in a start-up environment that will be rapidly evolving
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Salesforce / NetSuite / Adaptive experience a plus
Responsibilities
  • Partnering closely with sales operations leads to support strategic initiatives and planning
  • Aligning with sales leadership and sales operations to drive commission planning
  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives throughout the Advertising team
  • Managing expense and headcount actuals and forecasts for the Advertising group
  • Assisting in driving financial close and variance analysis, including maintaining repository of historical financial data
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive automation and improvements of financial reporting
  • Partnering with Accounting to understand impacts of Revenue Recognition and supporting JEs in the financial close
  • Creating additional ad-hoc analyses that help drive business strategy and improve efficiency
