Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager working on B2B SaaS software
  • Strong record of delivering impact on customer outcomes & company goals, defining new products
  • Understanding of advocating for customer needs while balancing business priorities
  • Ability to build strong partnerships with engineering and design counterparts, as well as cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience in product discovery and optimization techniques
  • Demonstrated drive to ship early and often
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area or willing to relocate
Responsibilities
  • Defining the scope of a feature in the reporting product via product discovery and collaborating with their workstream
  • Identifying the smallest possible unit of value for the team to ship
  • Leading a customer call to learn about product feedback
  • Drafting a product strategy for the product by turning ambiguity into a defined plan
  • Context-switching across bugs, discovery, in-flight work, and launch planning
  • Laying the groundwork for product practices & processes
