Requirements

Must be available to work Eastern business hours.
At least 5-8 years of experience in a sales focused role.
Software, Cloud or technology related experience.
Experience pro-actively prospecting and managing outbound (Intent Based) engagement with target accounts.
Motivated to follow up on leads using appropriate cadence of telephone, email and social outreach.
Ability to build or complete lead lists.
Strong communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to handle objections and rejection.
Moderate travel required.
Experience using tools including Salesforce, Zoom info and Linkedin navigator.

Responsibilities

Work closely with Marketing and Sales on a strategy for quickly building trusted relationships with decision-makers at a set of target accounts with the goal of getting Zadara chances to bid (and win) sales opportunities.
Ensure that Zadara is receiving a high-level of attention with decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
Drive top-of-funnel lead generation activities, including account planning for target named accounts.
Engage Marketing-Qualified Leads through further qualification before working with Sales Leaders to add to target accounts list.
Work with Marketing to develop targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and key influencers to expand awareness of Zadara’s key differentiators.
Drive strategic outbound prospecting and hunting through calling, emailing and social media tactics.
Consistently achieve your monthly / quarterly KPIs.
Create a customer-first facing experience that inspires our audience.
Utilize Salesforce for ongoing record keeping and reporting.

Desired Qualifications

Outside sales experience preferred.
Work in similar industries as Zadara.
Must be available to work Eastern business hours.

Your Role

The Business Development Representative will source and qualify target individuals at key accounts for the North America sales pods by identifying and contacting target accounts and qualify inbound leads to support the East and West sales pods.
