- Current and good-standing Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Current immunizations, including tuberculosis (TB), measles-mumps-rubella (MMR), tetanus, and varicella.
- At least one year of experience.
- Provide quality care to Labor and Delivery patients as part of the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to assess mothers and babies during the perinatal period and develop specific care plans.
- Perform nursing duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act while adhering to facility policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, team members, and other healthcare professionals for Labor and Delivery patients.
