Requirements
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing in luxury hospitality
  • Experience as part of an opening or luxury repositioning team for a luxury hotel generating $50m in annual revenues
  • Data-driven with a strong business sense
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think critically, make strategic decisions, and contribute effectively to budgeting processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and luxury clientele
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or Business
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Define ambitious targets per segment and feeder market
  • Develop and execute an annual sales strategy
  • Nurture key partnerships in coordination with Accor global sales office
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Organize and participate in sales missions, fam trips, client meetings, and promotional activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal teams to ensure flawless execution of events
  • Bring the brand promise to life within the hotel
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive hotel positioning and communication strategy
  • Oversee the Marketing manager’s action plan
  • Collaborate with brands and creative external teams
  • Ensure consistency of storytelling and visual identity
  • Generate strong local, regional, and international visibility
  • Build strategic partnerships with luxury brands and cultural players
  • Drive the sales team performance through data-driven decision-making
  • Analyse market trends, competitive benchmarks and guest insights
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, Revenue, and Ecommerce Leaders
  • Recruit, train and mentor a high performing sales and marketing team
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability and guest-centric service
