- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Three years of process improvement experience working with executive teams is required.
- Proficiency with technology such as Excel, Power BI, QlikView, or other analytic tools is required.
- Process improvement experience is required.
- Willingness to travel 10% is required.
- Serve as a coach to healthcare executive teams, with oversight from regional or senior leadership, on implementation and deployment of the operating model.
- Identify, perform, or manage tasks related to defining and measuring problems while coaching leaders to solve unique and complex challenges with significant organizational impact.
- Act as an internal consultant supporting unit- and ministry-based strategy deployment activities and the development of short- and long-term strategies.
- Conduct advanced improvement activities by engaging leaders and teams and deploying the operating model.
- Coordinate and lead key improvement initiatives, workshops, and team training while sharing technical expertise to support adoption of the operating model.
- Coach and develop a problem-solving culture at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitate in-person or virtual train-the-trainer sessions for leaders and teams.
- Monitor and mentor leaders to improve outcomes using the systems and elements of the operating model.
