Requirements
  • BS/BA degree (or equivalent), related industry certifications, approximately 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Have a strong understanding of federal government business operations and work processes
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution assigned work functions
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for a number of recurring departmental processes and reviews; must summarize issues and findings in a clear and logical manner
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices in order to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Work with a variety of information technology systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services on behalf of Enterprise Services
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must have strong presentation skills and be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support standard services required across the Department
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology; able to use a computer to communicate via email
  • Bachelor’s degree is required with at least three years work experience in enterprise resourcing and management, financial system requirements and analysis, financial planning and reporting, auditing, and internal financial controls; FMFIA experience preferred
  • Travel as coordinated with technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance; location Washington, DC; CONUS/OCONUS
Responsibilities
  • Support requirements for Program Support and the Enterprise Resource Specialist; adapt functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based upon comprehensive enterprise application solution sets
  • Manage enterprise resource planning and management processes including knowledge management, investment analysis, data warehousing, ecommerce, return on investment analysis, human resource analysis, material management and logistics, supply chain management, procurement, ordering, manufacturing, decision support, and information dissemination
  • Support project teams and program managers and provide daily execution of assigned work functions
  • Provide management support to collect, evaluate and test financial data for recurring departmental processes and reviews; summarize issues and findings clearly
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation reviews of external interfaces with various field offices to identify and correct data gaps, financial discrepancies and errors
  • Work with a variety of IT systems to provide multi-functional Enterprise Services Staff Support Services
  • Provide acquisition support for all bureaus with functional areas including information technology, financial management, human resources, program management, economic analysis, executive support and administrative support
  • Have advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Maintain strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to support a myriad of standard services across the Department
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Federal Managers’ Financial Integrity Act (FMFIA) preferred
  • Security clearance requirements may apply; suitability for Federal employment; eligibility for Facility Access Authorization
